Venus Williams seeks love on celebrity app
American tennis player Venus Williams did not have a lucky performance at Wimbledon, but she is not wasting her time in London and, even if it did not go well on the court, she is looking for her luck to come in love.
The eldest of the Williams sisters is using the dating app Raya while in the UK, where the third Grand Slam of the season is taking place.
In the information she posts on her social media, Venus mentions that she is visiting London from Palm Beach Gardens, where she lives.
She published a couple of pictures, one of her face, in profile, and another one where she appears with her pet, a dog named Harry.
With this, Venus is looking to forget the setback she had last Monday, when she was defeated by the Ukrainian Elina Svitolina in two sets, 6-4 and 6-3.
A duel in the first round of Wimbledon and which took place at center court, where she has celebrated throughout her career the conquest of five individual titles and six in doubles alongside her sister Serena.
Venus Williams, who has been linked in the past with publishing magnate Nicholas Hammond, golfer Hank Kuehne and Cuban model Elio Pis, currently has no partner, and at 43 is ready to meet someone thanks to the app.
What is Raya?
Raya is somewhat exclusive and is the go-to dating app used by celebrities.
According to the App Store, the focus of Raya is to give members access to interesting people and opportunities around the world.
It is a private community where people can connect for dating and friendships.
Raya‘s community values (trust, respect and privacy) are central to the membership experience as members who act in a way that does not reflect these values and other community guidelines may have their accounts suspended or terminated, and that’s where Venus Williams looks for love.
