Kyrgios hits out at Becker again: You're ridiculous, didn't see you on Netflix

Nick Kyrgios has once again engaged in a war of words, this time with his longstanding adversary Boris Becker.
The Australian tennis player, who spent much of the previous season sidelined due to knee and wrist surgeries, has officially withdrawn from the upcoming Australian Open, lacking both ATP points and ranking.
Becker, who has coached Holger Rune since October, previously referred to Kyrgios as a “rat” after the latter criticized Alexander Zverev for attending a party during the pandemic.
The German coach urged Kyrgios to show respect for tennis legends who laid the groundwork for the sport’s financial success.
“It’s simple, you have to respect the past of our sport, in addition to publicly thanking the former players,” Becker told Eurosport.
“You must be grateful that they existed: without them, the tennis circus would not continue to exist, there have never been so many monetary prizes and there has never been as much publicity as there is today. Why? For the legends of this sport.
“All these players made it possible for Nick Kyrgios not to play tennis all year round and that, even so, he can make a living with this sport”
Kyrgios’s response to Becker
Responding to Becker‘s comments, the Canberra-born player has not held back, calling Becker “ridiculous” and quipping about not seeing him on Netflix.
“Bro what… I’ve been one of the FEW PLAYERS that have brought million more fans to the sport and have made more money for everyone,” Kyrgios noted.
“NETFLIX…. Don’t remember seeing Boris on there, guy is ridiculous. I’ve made my career off the court without the help of the others.”
